Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Minesix.io ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Nature of the Service

Minesix.io is an automation bridge and AI signal-filtering tool. It connects to your TradingView account (for webhooks) and your MT5 brokerage account (for execution) to automate trade placement based on signals you configure. Minesix.io is not a financial advisor, portfolio manager, or regulated investment service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your country of residence. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Free trials automatically expire after 7 days. No charge is made if you do not upgrade.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, broker terms, or exchange regulations. Automated trading may be restricted by certain brokers — it is your responsibility to confirm your broker permits it.

5. Limitation of Liability

Minesix.io is provided "as is". We are not liable for trading losses, missed executions, API downtime, or any financial outcomes resulting from use of the Service. Trading is inherently risky and past performance of any algorithm does not guarantee future results.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive activity, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Data We Collect

• Account data: Email address, password hash, subscription tier, billing status.
• Trading activity: Signal logs, AI decision audit trail, executed pairs, webhook events. We do not store trade P&L amounts or account balances.
• Usage analytics: Page visits, feature usage, session duration — anonymised and aggregated.
• Support communications: Emails or messages you send us.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Your MT5 account balance or transaction history
• Your banking or payment card details (handled by Stripe)
• Your TradingView strategy code or chart data
• Any personally identifiable information beyond your email

Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant)
• Supabase — database hosting (EU region, SOC 2 certified)
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics (opt-out available)

Data Retention

We retain your account data for 90 days after account deletion, then permanently erase it. Signal logs older than 12 months are automatically purged.

MT5 Security & Connection

When you connect your Exness MT5 account to Minesix.io, we receive a limited-scope API token through Exness's official integration. This token grants us trade execution access only — it is architecturally impossible for us to perform any financial transfers.

Risk Disclosure

Trading Forex, CFDs, and commodities carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Please read the following carefully.

• Leveraged products can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit.
• Past performance of the SATS algorithm, win rates quoted, or any backtested results do not guarantee future performance.
• Minesix.io does not provide investment advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
• AI signal filtering reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of loss. All trading decisions are ultimately executed by an automated system acting on your configuration.
• Internet connectivity issues, API downtime, or broker server errors may prevent timely execution of trades.
• Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

By using the Service, you confirm you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for all trading activity executed via your account.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies to operate the Service and improve your experience.

Essential Cookies

Required for the platform to function. These cannot be disabled:

• Session cookie — keeps you logged in during your session
• CSRF token — security protection against cross-site request forgery
• Subscription state — used to display the correct plan features

Analytics Cookies (Optional)

We use Google Analytics to understand how users navigate the platform. All data is anonymised. You can opt out by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser or using a browser extension like uBlock Origin.

Marketing Cookies

We do not use retargeting or advertising cookies. We will not place third-party tracking cookies without your explicit consent.

GDPR & Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or any GDPR-covered jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Right to Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
• Right to Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV)
• Right to Object — opt out of analytics tracking at any time
• Right to Restrict Processing — limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved

Minesix.io is operated by Convetrix. Our data processing is based on contractual necessity (to provide the Service) and legitimate interests (platform security and improvement). We do not rely on consent for essential processing.
